By Joseph Heller
First edition, first impression in second issue dust jacket. Originally published in the US in November of the previous year. Publisher’s original red cloth with gold lettering to spine. A touch of pushing to spine foot with some darkening and spotting to top edge. A tiny amount of isolated spotting to fore-edge. Both boards and contents are lovely and clean otherwise and free from inscriptions – near fine. The original and unclipped dust jacket has a little chipping to spine ends and corners with a small tear to spine head; very small nick to bottom edge of upper panel with a touch of spotting to lower panel fore-edge; very attractive and clean otherwise – very good or a little better.
A Fairly Honourable Defeat
By Iris Murdoch

Man in the High Castle
By Philip K. Dick
UK First Edition, First Impression (Gollancz, 1975). Light soiling to head of text block. Very small mark to front panel of original and unclipped dust jacket. An excellent, near fine copy.
The Day of the Triffids
By John Wyndham
First Edition, First Impression (Michael Joseph 1951). Contemporary previous owner's inscription to front paste-down, which is covered by dust jacket; corners of front board lightly bumped; light toning to edges. Corners of original and unclipped dust jacket are rubbed with a little loss, a couple of tears to top and bottom of hinges of front and rear panels; marks to top and bottom of rear panel and minor loss to spine tips. A very good copy of a science fiction classic.
The Time of the Angels

Original and unclipped dust jacket has a closed tear to bottom edge of front panel and to top edge of rear; some creasing to front flap with one crease to rear flap. Small chip to top of spine panel; a little wear to extremities. A very good copy of the author’s tenth novel, which is hard to find with her signature.
