High-Rise is one of Ballard’s most influential novels, a defining work of late-20th-century dystopian fiction and a central text in his exploration of psychologies shaped by modernist architecture, urban alienation, and technological enclosure. Signed trade copies of High-Rise are markedly less common than his later titles, particularly in such clean condition.
