Refund Policy

If an item is materially misdescribed or arrives damaged, you may request a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Misdescription
If you believe a book differs meaningfully from its description, please get in touch with details and photos. We will review and offer a refund or appropriate resolution.
3. Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email us immediately. Photos may be required for insurance purposes.
4. Returns Process
Where a return is approved, items must be sent back in the same condition using a tracked service. Return postage charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was misdescribed or faulty.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected, and will be processed to the original payment method.
