Original black cloth with lettering to spine in gilt and red endpapers and paste-downs. Fine in a fine dust jacket. The binding is square and tight, corners sharp, endpapers bright red as issued, no signs of handling wear, no inscriptions or ownership markings visible.
 
The dust jacket is clean, with no tears, chips or fading; spine shows bright gilt lettering. Text block and page edges appear clean and unmarked.
